"I am beyond disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. What should have been a relaxing trip was ruined by the sheer lack of basic hospitality and professionalism. Upon arrival, I wasn’t even greeted. The front desk clerk acted as if my check-in was a massive inconvenience. We already checked in and waited for an 1 hour in the line, but our rooms is not yet ready so we decided to go out for couple of hours. When we came back to picked up the key to our room the front desk told us to go back to the line and wait all over again and again just to pickup the keys as I pointed out an issue with my room keys just to pickup, I was met with an eye-roll and a "there’s nothing we can do" attitude without them even checking the system. The situation only got worse when I asked to speak with a manager. I was told the manager was "busy" and the manager was so rude that he didn’t wan’t to talked to me or help me. I followed up again, and each time the front desk staff became more hostile. It was clear that the toxic attitude at the front desk starts at the top. If management can’t be bothered to address the guest concerns or even show their face when there’s a conflict. they shouldn’t be in the hospitality business. Avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that actually value their guests. This was a total waste of money! The staff and the higher-ups should attend a mandatory guest management. "Pool was closed undergoing repairs which was the reason we chose this hotel leaving us very disappointed. The room was clean but bathroom smelled of a strong sewer smell and had to keep the window open and maintain air circulation. Restaurant was very nice, great food and dj playing music was a nice touch. Overall if the pool had been open , would have rated this hotel slightly higher. Great location in Glyfada "

"Hotel close to beach. Limited parking but we could always get parked which was great. Staff friendly. Tv didn’t work in our room, neither did the air conditioning so nights were very hot - couldn’t keep door open due to stormy weather. We were floor 5 and there was lots of noise from the floor above- sounded like the dragging of chairs/moving of furniture all through the night "

"The Bathroom was Dirty, we found hair and stuff from people before. Room 606 have many Noise from the machines next to Room. No water inclusive and a Hard pillow. The pool and the restaurant looks nice. Parking is next to the hotel on the street."

"Obviously the location of the hotel and the hotel condition was great. But their is big problem with the service in the hotel. At breakfasts when we order anything except open buffet we never receive it, and we left without eating anything two morning.Afternoon we asked for drinks and they look after us after 45 mins, while checkout we asked for buggy and help it didn’t came. This is high priced hotel, and it should not be like that."
