"We booked a suite as we were staying 3 weeks. Room was clean, and functional and loved all the extra space and 2 TV'S. The room was a bit dated. Bed was spring mattress..no topper, but had no issues sleeping. Carpet was a bit stained, but was kept clean from housekeeping. Has a small issue with toilet not flushing properly, but was fixed by the time we returned to our room. Housekeeping staff were top notch, and assisted with anything we requested right away. Would have loved to have a microwave for our long stay, but we managed. Location of hotel is excellent. Fast food restaurants close by and Aldi was very close and convenient for groceries. This was our 2nd time staying here, and there will be more bookings in the future! Thank you!"

"Have stayed before but this time we had a two bedroom apartment. As with our previous stays, the apartment was comfortable, warm, well equipped. Yes a bit worn in places. Cooking facilities could be a little better eg. Condition of frying pan, no cooking oil but otherwise everything you could need. Facilities on site are excellent. Adventure golf was very good. Pool and spa are nice and staff are very friendly and helpful. Only thing that would be a big plus would be the addition of pool tables for kids - I believe the only one they have is in the adult only bar. However overall as with previous stays we had a fab time with two teenagers and will go back again. "

"An older style property but quite well maintained Quiet area convenient for Dartmoor National Park. Breakfast was OK but with the curious requirement to select from the menu the night before. The complimentary nightcap was a nice touch "

"The listing stated there would be eggs and bread for a self made breakfast. This couldn’t be further from the truth, I saw no sign of the eggs or bread and was not shown a kitchen. Not what I was expecting at all. Please can I be reimbursed for this difference. "
