"Breakfast was good, a healthy mix between hot and cold breakfast items. Our room and hallway were clean and great but will it kill this hotel chain to get some milkets, proper tea brands and coffee that doesn't taste like crap? I tried to doctor them but it was so bad. Nobody wants whitener for their coffee, it's 2026. Also, this location was heavily under construction. The feont desk and breakfast area was so loud, messy and full of trip hazards. Which leads me to the elevator, one was broken...

"Lots of parking, check in was easy and quick. Room was terrible, had a very strong pet odor, overbearing, instantly made my eyes water and nose stuff up. Went down to front desk to ask for another room was told all sold out and there were no other rooms unless we wanted a much smaller room with no refund for difference in price. When asked if it would smell better was given no guarantee it would. Was offered a spray bottle of room freshener(I assume thats what they use to mask pet smell...

"Breakfast selection is amazing and completely fit my expectations of a nutritious breakfast. They even had a waffle maker to make your own waffles. I wish the staff or Expedia would have indicated that parking was not free. My party was not happy about the hidden cost but we also had to place our vehicle somewhere overnight."

"Room is impeccably clean and nice. But nobody answers the phone in front desk, housekeeping, everything! Huge living room but can’t afford to have microwave inside the room, there’s only one old microwave at the lobby. No signage or anything as to where you can find amenities, you have to figure it or ask around. Kinda disappoints for 4-start expensive hotel."

"Very disappointing stay. For the price (over $1000), this place is absolutely not worth it. No basic amenities like water bottles or shower kits were provided. Breakfast was exactly the same every single day for a week—no variety at all. The elevator wasn’t working, and we had to deal with going up to the 16th floor like that, which is unacceptable. On top of everything, the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend."
