"We stayed for the 2nd time. It's a perfect location for us and we like this place. Staff is very nice, place is clean and has got everything you need. Shame they don't serve breakfast. Has got a massive parking, also there is a kebab outside so if you are hungry it's perfect to buy food. Unfortunately, this time we had a family with a baby next to our room, that kept us awake 2 nights in the row. I am not used to it anymore, as my daughter is 16 years old. "The room 214 was beautiful but unfortunately next to the kitchen extractor vent which kept going all night very loud The staff said it couldn’t be turned off It would stop for 10 minutes then start off again It needs to be addressed If not in that room it would all have been fine"

"Easy to find and helpful staff when we arrived early . Light flickering in toilet but sorted by staff straight away . Found previous occupants half eaten Chinese takeaway still in the bin in the room which wasn’t great . Reported to reception all very apologetic but should really happen if housekeeping being done throughly . Maybe they just had an off day . Colleague in separate room only had one towel in the room, no bathmat and no hand towel but as a sole occupant she decided not to complain...

"The room was clean and comfortable, with everything you might want. Without exception, the team of people running the accommodation and the adjacent pub and restaurant were friendly, efficient and committed to making our stay enjoyable. We had both breakfast and evening meal in the pub restaurant - the breakfasts were good, and the quality of the evening meals was far better than we expected from this type of establishment."

"I had a warm welcome and my case was taken up to my room. The room was large with king sized bed. All clean, dated, but that suited the age of hotel! There was a small table with kettle and a selection of tea, coffee etc. Large en-suite with large shower. Lots of choices on breakfast menu and cooked freshly. Parking was easy. Location was excellent. 5 minutes walk to Lacock Abbey. Lacock is a very small place but very interesting."

"Location is superb, 100 ft to Chippenham bus station, and leads than 10 minutes bistro from the train station. Room is spacious, so is the bathroom, big and renovated. Courtyard is nice. There is a leisure pool at site too. Huge parking lot at back. The buffet breakfast offered was full English style and truly great. Staffs were super friendly. "We stayed in the department down the street, apart from the hotel's main building. Its beautifully decorated interiors made us very happy throughout our stay. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning and we had to keep the windows open to keep cool, which led to spiders and noise from the main street coming in. The back garden needs a little bit of love, too. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay!"
