"The room, hallways, and fixtures look a bit worn. Exposed wires in the room in corner. Easy to work AC. Check in with Junior was fabulous. Elevator is a bit of a challenge, I met so many guests that couldn't figure out the elevators and a bit long for the upper floors. You have to go to a touch pad to put in your floor and then it will go to designated floor, once in the elevator it has no buttons. I had extra time before appts and I was able to lounge in the upstairs which has a stair lounge...

"the location was perfect!! the room served its purpose, we slept there. it was small but it worked for 2 of us. I wish there was a refrigerator in the room. the shower was tricky, we had to ask about it at the front desk, there was a trick to it that we didn't know about. I'd stay there again"

"In downtown NYC, close to Wall St, Freedom Tower, Battery Park and all East River activities.
Staff was extremely helpful. I appreciate they showed such personable attention, even storing our suitcases for a couple hours. Love the coffee/expresso and water.
View from our room was spectacular!

"Stayed three days, during July 4 extreme heat. Management has the air conditioner scheduled to turn off at set intervals such that the room was about 80 degrees for the first two days. After repeated complaints the system ran the last day to achieve desired reasonable temperature. The management saved a dollar or two on energy at the expense of my comfort. Reason enough to not recommend. If you do stay there read the operation certificate in the only elevator which states it is only for...

"Good place to stay to be near the water in the Financial District. Small room. Even smaller bathroom. Kinda the norm for NY.
Our biggest issue was a neighboring bathroom. Every time the toilet was flushed, a loud bang could be heard from the wall. So much so, the shower door would shake and rattle.
The Manager was very apologetic."
