"Unfortunately, the property does not look like the pictures so don’t go by that. The front desk staff is extremely rude every single one. The rooms are old. The towels are old. At the front desk they sell soda and some snacks and the price chart shows reasonable prices, but some of the staff in flights. The prices clearly pockets the money. "The resort is wonderful. Very clean and room was well kept. The pool area is very nice and clean. My only complaint was about the young lady who programmed my key card for only one night after already staying there 4 days. She didn’t say anything this twice and on Sunday after every one left for the day , I was afraid to go out that once again I would be locked out. Shout out to Noreen from housekeeping who kept checking on me. I will be back in June."
