"The front desk guy was extremely rude. Was not welcoming and no friendly and didn’t even bother engaging with us as we checked in with him. We asked for towels and he told us to walk into the house keeping room to grab them ourselves and when we went the lady who was doing the laundry mugged us and just gave us a death stare without even saying anything. Extremely unsatisfied with how unfriendly and unpleasant these staff members were. Do better Hampton inn. "

"LAダウンタウンとディズニーカリフォルニアの中間位の治安の良いロケーションです。ショッピングモール（ドンキがあった）の一角で日本人何多く住む街です。ホテルは古いですが特に不便はありませんでした。日本語できる人もいるようです。"

"The whole place was so run down. Nothing like the photos that are posted. Paper thin walls. Could hear everything all night."

"Terrible check in, there wa a sign that the person will return 5 to 10 minutes, but there was a lady in the phone, after 15 minutes of waiting, finally same person help us to check in. Elevator too slow and limit two persons."
