"Our one night stay there was cut super short due to a much delayed flight. On that note, the beds were super comfortable and quiet and gave us some much needed solid sleep. There were quite a few cafes and a neighborhood grocery store a short walk from the hotel. We had enough time to visit Powell's bookstore, that was within a short walk to the hotel as well which was nice. Based on what I've observed, I would not feel comfortable walking alone at night as a female traveler in the area."

"Great place to stay and explore Portland. The desk attendee was kind enough to upgrade our room while my wife and I were on our honeymoon. Best hotel we stayed in while exploring WA and OR. Very clean, helpful staff, and check out wasn’t until 12PM so we went to the Rose garden and Powell’s books before check out. "it marked as 4.5 star hotel but actually not. the room service need to book ahead, if you don't call, then nobody come to clean your room. there's no self parking, only valet parking available and charges another $55, remember to bring extra car keys if you used to control your car with your phone, cause if you don't have the key, you have to park by yourself but they will still charge your valet parking fee. "Our room was spacious, but of course we paid nearly $3000 for it so I would expect that. I liked the daily housekeeping as well as the full kitchen in our townhouse. I wished the hotel would’ve provided free water bottles in our room. That would’ve been a nice amenity to enjoy for the price we paid. As far as criticisms go, the toilet paper roll is not adequately positioned in the master bathroom. It was very uncomfortable to roll out. Also the shower is definitely needing to be updated.
