All the common utility places, like wash room near dinning areas was flithy & at reception was dirty at all time . spaces near Staircase was flithy. Teres and othe open areas are also dirty. "Excellent staff. Access to property is difficult but location compensates for it. Pl leave early if you have a flight to catch as you may get stuck in school traffic near the property."

"This is the best place to stay in Mussoorie. Stop looking for other places, this is it. The views are jaw dropping and on clear days, the snow peaks are visible in the distance. The staff are attentive and honest and will set up transport to and from airport and they will also get you up with a Scooty if you want a daily rental. They are knowledgeable and will make it their job to see you happy. This is the ONLY place in Mussoorie that we will stay. We are so grateful for their hospitality."
