"Perfect stay from beginning to end. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the location was great, and the room was breathtaking. Better than the pictures, hands down one of the top 5 hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. The only downside is it was the first place we stayed on our trip so it ruined everywhere else in comparison. 10/10 all around."

"Great location The apartment had all ammenities for a weeks stay. The negatives were that there is no air conditioning in the building as it’s old. There were air conditioning units in the room which cooled the room down but they are very loud. The list was not working the whole week we were there, not good timing in 30° heat. We also had a room that had stairs into the bathrooms, and after the entry. A little problematic with a young child when all doors are heavy fire doors and chained."

"Our stay here was absolutely amazing! The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. The amenities were fantastic. The restaurants, the front desk, the concierge’s room, service housekeeping. Every single thing about this hotel is wonderful. The beds were super comfortable. We did not have one single issue!! I would gladly stay here again if I have the opportunity! The location is also amazing near so many of the sites, we were within walking distance of the tower of London, the tower...

"The air conditioning wasn’t very effective and did little to cool the room. And the level of cleaning in the bathroom was poor. Lastly the telephone in the room did not work and so I couldn’t call for room service. Overall a disappointment."

Continental breakfast had good selection of meats and cheese as well as bread, cearals and yogurt Close to Tower of London, Tower Bridge, the city and Aldgate underground station."

"Has a bit of a scene element to it. The energy at this hotel is electric, it was buzzing the moment we walked in. From lunchtime until midnight this property was packed with locals & tourists alike. The restaurants are classy and delicious. The rooms are well appointed. Would recommend."
