"Overall had a fantastic experience for a sister’s weekend! Would however like more detailed information on getting around the resort as we often left early to try and find where we were going."

"Clean and good staff"

"The staff was kind and prompt. The rooms appear renovated, and ours was very clean. The location is definitely what makes this property most desirable. One minor issue for us was it states “free crib” on Expedia, but when we got there, the staff said they don’t have cribs. We had to sleep with our toddler in a queen bed so none of us were super well rested during our stay. Otherwise, though, we were pleased."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful from the time I checked in. The room was clean and stocked with supplies. The breakfast looked good, and everything was fresh. Plenty of parking available."

"First of all, I didn't pay for the Hot tub, but according to the picture you (or who ever) gave me, I paid for jacuzzi... For that price, I should get it, but no 👎 ... Condition of the facilities = himid and stale smell in the room, on the towels...etc, etc, ... Never again "

"We reserved a room for 4 guests. Our room only had 2 towels. When the front desk was paged, we were told to go get them from the lobby. I asked if they could be brought to the room and the gentleman was nice enough to bring them. Then, we realized that the room had no hand soap and no body wash. There was only one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. For 4 people!? We also only had 1 roll of toilet paper (whatever was in the dispenser), when we called the front desk to get more, we...

"The Lodge is still under renovations. Our room was missing things like a headboard and bedside tables. The water pressure was weak. The amenities were nice for a family stay. It might be great once it’s all done. I wish we knew before booking."
