"The staff couldn’t have been nicer! Our suite exceeded our expectations. We were celebrating our 30 year anniversary and they put a sign congratulating us on the wall of the elevator! "Exceptionally clean, in the mornings staff was cleaning top to bottom. Beds were clean and comfortable. Hot coffee all day. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage links, waffles. Pool area was clean and well kept. Plenty of towels. They have a bigger pool as well as a smaller kid pool with a water feature and a hot tub. We also enjoyed the fire pit table. In all, very nice stay and will definitely be back."

"We really enjoyed our stay; the property was pretty unique and very clean. The staff was helpful with any questions we asked. We enjoyed the jetted bathtub and relaxing out on the patio with the lake view."

"Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again."

"For the price in peak summer weekend season, this place cannot be beat. While the rooms do need some updating and a little more attention to detail, the rooms are CLEAN. And I would much rather deal with outdated decor and some cheap paint overs rather than a luxury hotel with bedbugs, etc. I am high maintenance and would definitely stay here again if I need to work within a budget. "First of all, I didn't pay for the Hot tub, but according to the picture you (or who ever) gave me, I paid for jacuzzi... For that price, I should get it, but no 👎 ... Condition of the facilities = himid and stale smell in the room, on the towels...etc, etc, ... Never again "

"It was run down a bit but had some charm. Room was clean but tub was a jacuzzi tub with holes where jets use to be. The restaurant “getaway” was excellent and had lots of charm. Deck to view lake como could use some clean up but cannot avoid birds and I guess bird poop but could be cleaned up a bit."

"The Lodge was under construction when we stayed there so it was a little dusty - mainly outdoors. My room was just off the lobby. The noise from the lobby overflowed to my room until they closed the fire doors. I would recommend they close them earlier ~ 9 pm."
