"The staff was wonderful."

"Everything was great except for no hot water in the shower in the morning. Apparently we were in the room furthest from the water heater and the room hadn't been used for a couple days before us. Our room had a nice little balcony with a swing and 2 person patio table. Breakfast was delightful with nice options to select from - strawberry pancakes for both of us. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They're very attentive to sustainability!"

"Check in process was seamless and instructions were very clear for a virtual check in/out. Amenities were 10/10. We got lots of space for the amount we paid for it. Same price as a hotel room, but we got a whole 1 bedroom apartment fully equipped with a refrigerator, washer/dryer, pots and pans and a full kitchen. It was 95 degrees outside during our stay and the AC definitely gave the heat a run for its money. The location was super close to downtown/everywhere we traveled (within 5-10 minutes)...

"Guests have to pay 35.00 to park and 45.00 for breakfast, absolutely insane. If your paying good money to stay at a property, parking should be included. Also 50 incidental fee, I tried to pay with cash and the girl refused, she said has to be a card, I don't like that bc they take the money off instantly and it takes 5 to 7 days to get it back. Room was clean, bed was comfortable."

"No parking, no drop-off/check-in loading/unloading area. Instead they're partnered with an overpriced valet service. Noisy all night, both from neighbors and from street-level activity. At least elevator access was key-controlled (although stair access is not), so the noise could have been worse."

The property is undergoing a remodel, and the lobby just plain stunk from the ongoing construction materials being used. Because of this remodeling, the entry from the parking garage was completely blocked, yet I still had to pay a self-valet fee of $30 just to park my own car-for less than a 24 hour stay. "The ac was broken and our room stayed around 85 degrees our entire stay. The staff did not like to be engaged and were quite annoyed when asked about amenities. They also do not want you to ask for extra pillows. We had 4 travelers the pillows they offer were very flat so we requested 3 additional which the hotel declined to provide 3 instead gave 2.
