The management is top-notch; despite a major snowstorm shutting down the neighborhood, the hotel kept everything running perfectly with a full, delicious breakfast. The 24-hour complimentary coffee and tea station in the lobby is incredibly thoughtful, providing much-needed comfort to weary travelers. A truly hospitable experience. We will be back for sure. "

"Lovely room, great amenities (including welcome prosecco). But the real stars of this hotel are the staff. We had to hunker down and cancel plans because of the storm and everyone was so accommodating and understanding. We were also celebrating a birthday and the staff went above and beyond for us. I want to give a special thanks to the front desk staff including Angel, Micelle, and Simon - you guys were truly wonderful."
