"Stayed at Swiss Hotel Ottawa and it was a surprisingly frustrating experience. What started as a normal stay quickly turned uncomfortable due to poor communication and questionable handling of a situation that didn’t warrant escalation.
Instead of resolving things professionally, the response felt abrupt and unnecessary, leaving a bad impression overall. Not the kind of hospitality you expect when booking a place to relax.
Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a smooth, hassle-free stay"
