"I asked to sweep my my room because I feel it was a little bit dirty. The floors was dirt. I asked them if they could sweep only. They say I just have one day there. They cannot do nothing so they just gave me a broom. So I can sweep my own room"

"The stay was at best mediocre. We had to beg for towels from housekeeping and the front desk. Breakfast was terrible. Front desk seemed like she was being bothered."

"The staff was excellent considering they had no records of my already paid for reservation. Took extra time getting checked in due to this. Thankfully, they were able to get us another room. Our suite had miscellaneous tiny holes in the bathroom and one behind the door in the bedroom. Kind of strange, but it did not appear to having anything inside of the holes. Shower took a while to warm up on the fourth floor. The couch and chairs were hard as rocks, however the beds were comfortable. For...

"Front desk needs training with their customer service skills. Claimed they knew nothing and offered no assistance. Room very basic...nowhere near the cost of the room. "

"This property is great because of its easy proximity to the beach-which is so nice. The price is definitely right and it’s a no frills easy hotel to sleep at after a long day in the sun/water. My only complaint is that I tried to access Amazon prime video app and the tv didn’t work and kept showing error codes. Not that big of a deal but would’ve been nice if it had worked"
