"A characterful, charming hotel in the centre of Beaumaris. In cooler months it would be lovely to use the sitting room to read and relax. Our twin room was comfortable and the only thing I'd ask for is for the bathroom window to be fixed so that only the top sash could open; there are seagulls prowling outside! "Lovely hotel. Car park was full so had to wait for a space. Breakfast was lovely. Good selection of Hot & cold foods to choose from. Had Sunday roast beef dinner. Partner had sea bass. Plus a cheeky dessert. Good menu for food & drinks Really fab food. Staff where very smiley and friendly. The Grand stair case was amazing. Room was very clean Great views over the mountains and water. Bed was very comfortable. Over all great place to stay. Fab location. Definitely go back."

"In the first room 87 I think we had something underneath the carpet beside the bed. I did report it. I didn’t like having to take my bags through the streets to the room but could’ve easily been done by the people there. I didn’t realise that you had to go 100 yards down the road to go to the room. "Upon arrival we have been upgraded (for free) to a luxury room. The room itself was very nicely decorated and it had that luxury, boutique feel. Room was very clean. "Generally clean room but we did find a dog biscuit under the sink while we were there……and we didn’t have one with us. It was during a heat wave and had to sleep with the window open even though a fan was provided, this made it a little noisy at times. Good breakfast and all staff were friendly and in the main, helpful. Only received a “that’s not my job, see the bar staff” once on one of the evenings."
