"The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Some of the hallway carpet is not clean and filled with sports. Our sofa pullout mattress was stained with blood and who knows what else. No maintenance person available for several days to address our issues. PLEASE do not stay here. No compensation for my inconveniences."

To make matters worse, management refused to allow a room upgrade and denied housekeeping service throughout my multi-night stay, explicitly stating they were prioritizing a large reunion group instead. "The staff were so nice! The rooms and bathroom were so clean. The building is a little older but everything was in good shape. Free WiFi use and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The price was also fair. It was 90 dollars and a 50 dollar deposit fee but you get the 50 dollars back in your account after 5 days."

"The property was clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful! The pool is outdoors, but my kids really enjoyed it when we visited in early July. Breakfast was just ok. There was some construction in the sidewalk and parking lot areas, but there was still plenty of room."

"Our room was run down, The tiles in the bathroom were loose. Everything looked dingy and not well maintained. Elevator was not working most of the time, so hauling luggage was more difficult. The pool was absolutely disgusting, it was cloudy and very cold. Hot Tub was not working. Breakfast was typical and not very good. Pay the extra $20 dollars a night for a better hotel."
