The second you walk into the lobby area of the Kimpton Hotel, you see Mr. Antwoine, the front desk respectionist/clerk and that's where the professionalism at this hotel starts. This guy is the face of the Kimpton Hotel, when you walk in he greets you with top tier professionalism and gives you his undivided attention. What gets me is with all the people Mr. Edward's encounter on a daily basis, Mr. Edwards remembers your name. I will patronize this hotel as long as it remains on a top tier level and I believe that will be a long time. Thank you Kimpton Hotel and Mr. Antwione Edwards for the professionalism and great stays.
