"The location is ideal . It’s also convenient that the breakfast is included ,
The property does not have elevator so this could be a problem for someone with mobility issues .
The staff was nice , but I left a charger in my room and when I called asking if it was found they didn’t call me back and I had to follow up and was told housekeeping did not find it . I am sure it was there . It would have been nice if the Manager actually checked with them and return my call instead of me having to...

"Second time staying at this beautiful hotel. Clean and an amazing location with wonderful views available. Will be back.
This is the first time bringing a vehicle along —
The lot that the hotel shares is also a public lot and is pricey.
Not the hotels fault and they do disclose that parking has a fee.
I parked the vehicle for my overnight and it was $90+.
This was clearly labeled at the front of the lot.
Staff, location, amenities, and view all get five stars from me."

"This charming, historic inn was the perfect place to stay in Newport! The owners have five properties and I would highly recommend them. The property was very clean and was convenient to restaurants and shops. We walked to dinner just a few short blocks away which was really nice as we didn’t have to look for or pay for parking. I loved the historical architecture and charm. It was well maintained and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."
