"Loved our spacious room and beautiful shower. Slept really well on the 7th floor ! Breakfast was good. Only deficit for us was that my grandson had hoped the pool was heated. Great size pool and pool area and enjoyed hopping onto the riverwalk down to the island !"

"Our rooms were fine. The flooring and bathroom were updated. They are in the process of progressively fully updating all the rooms (the pics you see), but most aren't done yet. The "balconies" are the walkway in front of your room overlooking the parking lot-jutted out a little with some rocking chairs & shared with the other room next to you. Not private at all. All the room doors open to the outside, FYI. Pics don't show. For single young or travelers, may not be ideal. The pool area is nice and well done. It's very loud from the traffic on the strip, but there is a tall fence for privacy. The biggest thing that was upsetting to us was the breakfast. The pictures online are from a RESTAURANT they partner with. You have to walk across 6 lanes of traffic to get to breakfast. And the "free breakfast" is ONLY pancakes - no protein, like eggs, etc that is shown in pictures. It's an additional $8/person for the full breakfast bar. Now, that's a good deal, HOWEVER, this is NOT clear when booking the hotel. So, the lack of clarity of information and the pictures provided is VERY misleading and felt like false advertisement. We called the hotel, but because we booked through hotels.com there was "nothing they could do" for us. So, know the owners do not keep a tight ship on their marketing and hotels.com is not portraying the correct situation in their write up or pictures. We were there for Dollywood, so we chose to let things go. But we will not return to this hotel in the future."

"We have stayed here many times prior to this stay and have always found the staff accommodating and personable.It is like revisiting with old friends. The cleaning staff are awesome and keep everything clean and neat. The breakfast was delicious and hot, changing up the meat almost everyday, to keep it from being boring and mundane. I love this home away from home. We will be back in October ."

"I would definitely stay here again. You can walk to different restaurants (Paula Deens, Mellow Mushroom, Margaritaville. There are tons of cute shops surrounding the resort. Very nice roof top pool. There are also attractions around such as the sky wheel, live music etc "

"This is a beautiful, well-maintained hotel in a great central location, making it easy to get everywhere. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside for me was the bedding—the covers weren’t very comfortable. I tend to prefer soft, warm blankets, which this hotel didn’t quite offer. All in all we had a great stay."
