"I had wanted to stay here for a very long time. The design of the hotel with the various half-flight stairs, does not lend itself to 75 year old knees.The location, however, and furnishings were great.
What was not great was finding out two days before our arrival that a Basic rooom means no bathroom facilities. This is very unusual in this day and age and should be made more clear at the time of booking."

"Lobby looked promising. Once we got into the room the AC barely worked. Room smelled moldy and bathroom dirty with broken tiles. Wish we would have stayed down the street at Pier One Harbour for practically the same price. Won’t be back here"

"Wonderful view of the bridge and harbour.
Coffee shops, restaurants and a supermarket close by.
One complaint we had was the sound of trains underneath the hotel, although we did get used to this, and the trains did not run all night.
The staff was very helpful.
The restaurant had a very limited menu. We did not sample the breakfast buffet but chose to visit restaurants in the area."

"Great location. Great property. The only thing thats missing is probably bottled water. Tap water is drinkable but will be good to at least have complimentary 2 bottles a day. There is a main supermarket across the street so it was no problem at all. Aircon not the strongest at times but we managed. "
