"Everything was great! Only one bit of info. You want to check which side the room is on. We were on the side with Interstate210 (back side) right outside, so even though we were on 5th floor, sounded like Indianapolis 500 going by. If you are used to traffic noise it’s fine, but if you need quiet especially at night make sure to get a room on the front side. Room was great, food was great, staff was great!"

"The rooms were NOT safe. The big wall mirror fell on my boyfriend and hit him in the back.....they advertised they had breakfast but only had apple juice and cold coffee. The manager then offered $25 for the mirror falling on him not to mention our sheets were all dirty and when we called the front desk to ask for maybe new sheets and another night they argued with us and then made us get out of our room for inspection then promised a room for 3pm....we go back for the room and the owner isn't...

"Too much confusion at check in… they might’ve been changing shifts at the front desk. No problem at check out. Bedding and towels were clean … My husband had breakfast …he said it was good. we would stay there again…"

"The service and staff are truly subpar. The rooms are a bit run down, I suppose from the barrage of casnio goers but at these prices and based on website research, I expected a higher standard and resort feel. The cleanliness theoughout was also an issue. The sheets are torn and were dirty and stained. Went through several towels too before I found one without large stains. The state of the rooms and surfaces not clean also gave me the ick feeling. I am familiar with the Landry's brand...

"The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was perfect. The gym’s equipment needed to be worked on and the pool had some window problems. Ice machine was empty most of our visit. Super convenient for downtown Lake Charles and to our venue for Saturday night. Staff were super friendly. Would stay again when visiting LA."

"This was a simple but CLEAN hotel. We were there only about 8 hours but it served its purpose. Not fancy but overall great for the price"

"Rented two rooms with 4 beds total. Every bed sheet had stains on them. One bed had mildew on the bed and sheets. AC had mildew or mold on vents. One room smelled so wet and gross. Pictures must have been taken when the hotel was built because it looked nothing like the pictures. So much noise coming from the highway couldn’t sleep. Pool was tiny. Every time house keeping came they turned the air way up to make the room hot when we got back. “Breakfast” they offered was only muffins and yogurt....
