"The room was amazing. The food and the service was. One thing realy didnt like amd bather me was tje way they nask tip, so annoyed, they forget they are an employees to some one. It is very bad."

"Worst experience I have ever had. I been traveling for years and have been to 39 countries. This was by far the worst stay I’ve had. The owner of this property has his mom (Neema) running this place and she was the worst part of the experience. She is super mean and talks to you like you’re dumb. We stayed here for my sisters wedding and everything that was promised was a scam. She says one thing and does another. We ordered a private chef and she ended up trying to send us premade breakfast. After we complained she sent us a chef who didn’t now what he was doing. Then coffee wasn’t included. I can go on with list of stuff, the house is little older the fridge wasn’t working and the ac doesn’t work!!! It was horrible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! "

"There was no hot water in the shower, no lights in the hallway, bathroom sink or kitchen, the kitchen stove did not work and was rusted, there was a broken washing machine in the kitchen, no lights in the bathroom (I had to take a cold shower in the dark), the patio door didn't lock, the air conditioners filter was completely clogged. The lights in the entire apartment were too bright.
The host was attentive via what's app and she admitted that the unit needed overdue repairs. The unit that I stayed in should have NEVER been rented out. Clearly they didn't care about the condition of the apartment and was only taking the tourist money. You get what you pay for I guess.
Other than that, the Queens restaurant had amazing food and the pool and beach area were beautiful."
