"It was clean. It was well located within the city even if it is beside the highway. It is incredibly noisy and after being woken up multiple times despite exhaustion, a sound machine, and a second ambient noise machine, I asked to be moved and considered myself lucky to be moved to the other side of the building on a low floor. I really should have just left. There is no elevator, no laundry, no coffee machine in the room. Items were not necessarily cleaned and I found old fruit in a bowl left...

"Our room was not ready at check in time. Explanation was we are very busy. As a guest, that’s not an explanation you want to hear. Room was ready 1/2 hour later and we were given a voucher for our inconvenience. The breakfast was very subpar."

"Enjoyed room and especially enjoyed sitting outside on rooftop terrace. Only one complaint being a person that has to have the television on, the television in living room and bedroom I slept in did not work, even after having maintenance come 2x's."
