"My spouse and I stayed here for two days during our trip to Panama City, and overall we had a good time. The place itself was nice, clean, and we enjoyed our stay for the most part. However, there were a few issues that really affected our experience and are important for other travelers to know.
First, they do not accept Chime, which was frustrating. Chime is a legitimate bank, and that should be made clear ahead of time so people can plan accordingly. That caused unnecessary inconvenience when we arrived.
Second, the room did not match what we booked. We specifically chose a room with a tub, but when we got there, there was no tub at all. The pictures online are a bit misleading because they don’t always reflect the actual room you’ll get, so that’s something to be aware of.
Most importantly, my wife is wheelchair-bound, and there was no proper shower accessibility in the room. That made things very difficult for us. Accessibility should not be overlooked, and I really feel like that needs to be better communicated and accommodated.
Like I said, we did enjoy parts of our stay, but these issues made a big impact. I would just advise future guests to double-check details about payment methods, room features, and accessibility before booking. It’s a decent place, but based on this experience, I’m not sure if we would return."
