"Carpet was filthy. Bathroom walls were dirty. Vanity was nice. Morning lobby coffee was very good. Nescafe in room was very good. Restaurant was extremely overpriced for breakfast. Check-in clerk on evening of 5/22 was rude & unprofessional. Housekeeping staff were great."

"I was getting ready for my day when I discovered there was only one washcloth in the room. When I contacted the front desk, the staff member who was an older black woman with a wig and glasses on attempted to place the responsibility on housekeeping. She stated that she called housekeeping around 12:45 p.m. to bring additional washcloths to my room. I had plans and needed to be dressed and ready by 1:30 p.m.
Unfortunately, no one ever brought the washcloths. I called the front desk again, but...
