"On the beach and pool was nice. Staff was ok at best. Drinks and even waters were extremely pricey for the type of “resort” it was. If you want beach and big hotel pool, it’s for you. If you’re expecting an actual resort keep looking."

"Beautiful Resort just steps from the beach & South Beach Nightlife. So many amenities on the property that we only left the property twice (briefly) during our weekend getaway. It's wonderful for families. So much to do! We also dined at their signature restaurant, Bistro Collins, & the food was divine! It was something watching the World Cup at the restaurant on their very large main screen. The main pool is beautiful & the perfect temperature. There are also other activities planned throughout...

"The only downfall was the washing machine and the dryer was not working in the main building 900. They had two dryers and two washers. I was able to use it anyway one of the machines and one of the washers besides that the hotel is great."

"Great resort. The Bay is the star of the show. If you like going to the pool and playing golf this is the place. Friendly staff and all around a great place for family time."
