"Newly refurbished historic property very well done comfortable rooms with fireplace walking distance to everything you need historic sites food transportation close to Harvard Square and nice museums. Nice breakfast is included. Area felt very safe for solo travelers I will stay again on my next visit to this area. Staff was very accommodating."

"I was originally a little concerned after seeing some bad reviews, however, I had nothing but a great experience at the Arcadian Hotel. We stayed at the Arcadian for our trip to Fenway Park. It was in a great location. Fenway Park was about a mile (20 minute) walk from the hotel. The T line was right across the street, which could take you to Fenway, but also anywhere else in the city. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very clean. We didn’t have any issues with the temperature control...

When a staff member did show up on my third day I asked for a blanket because it was cold and he told me they don’t have them. No cups, dirty sheets, a bucket under the sink to catch the leaking water from the pipes. The property is not maintained well no phones for emergencies and five flights of stairs and I wasn’t even on the top floor.. Not ADA compliant. Hairdryer didn’t work.
