"There wasn’t any bottle waters in the lobby but the front desk assisted me and gave me his personal waters which was really nice."

"Very impressed with our overall stay. The staff at the Residence Inn is kind and attentive. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was fresh and had ample choices. The location is excellent. Close to both universities, the capital, and plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Our room was quiet, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable. It looks like most of the hotel and rooms have been fairly recently renovated with the exception of the shower/ toilet area. Once these areas are renovated to be on par with the rest of the room, it will be the perfect stay!"

"Clean and save the location"

"This was the noisiest motel ever. Was on the seventh floor and the cars sounded like they were in the room. Could hear the room next door's tv loud enough to wake us in the morning. Would not stay there again."

"The room was clean, and the staff were great. We had a chapter function and they even let us chill on the patio after hours. Respect! The TCS also have all of the streaming apps netflix, YouTube, prime and such, so that's a plus. Parking is pass only, which is odd for a motorcycle as there isn't anywhere to secure a pass, but they knew our motorcycles so no issues. "

"Beautiful, quiet, convenient location. Walked to a concert at Cascades Park. Loved the “welcome drinks.” Valet parking very reasonably priced. Breakfast was gourmet and awesome. All staff went out of their way to be warm, welcoming, and accommodating."

"The room was very nice. There was a party at the bar next door but you couldn’t hear it all from the room, very quiet. Breakfast was good for a quick one before leaving. Parking under hotel was full but they have extra parking across street and was very easy to find a spot. We’d definitely stay here again."

"An excellent experience all around. The staff was very accommodating from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The hotel is clean and well organized. The Bar/Restaurant area is very nice with outdoor seating and ample room. On the Saturday night we stayed, there was a local band playing live music which was nice to sit outside, have a drink and relax after a long travel. The rooms are nicely appointed, modern and comfortable with the typical amenities. Housekeeping was prompt and very accommodating. Very quiet considering there is fairly busy street nearby. The surround park is lovely for a walk or getting in some exercise. While the surrounding neighborhoods are very walkable. A short 15 minute walk to FSU's campus and minutes to good restaurants nearby. Valet and nearby self parking is a little pricey."
