"Perfect location for the O2, lovely food and rooms, very friendly staff."

"Great hotel style. Clean rooms. Good size with 2 beds. Staff were helpful (not anlways upbeat though) . Location is not far from Custom House tube station. Breakfast was average - try and use the main room. The coffee from their machines was horrible. Have the room coffee instead. Rooms have coffee machines. Family friendly"

"Highly recommended hotel. Spacious bedrooms with amazing river views, first class bathroom and toiletries. Excellent breakfast and a lovely complimentary drink in the Sky Bar after attending a concert at the O2, to which we had an internal walkway to access. Staff professional and friendly."

"The location is perfect with lovely views of Blackheath Common. It is only a short walk to the train station with frequent trains into the centre of London. All the staff are so friendly, welcoming & helpful, especially the restaurant staff and all the receptionists the day staff & evening staff."

"Because it was above a restaurant / bar, there was a lot of noise up at least 11 pm and probably beyond (we were exhausted on arrival from NA, so were able to sleep). The next 2 nights the restaurant was closed, but there were doing construction until past midnight with hammering and lots of noise. Not nice. Also, it was impossible to check in early. The hotel portion is above the restaurant / bar that is not open until 3 pm. We didn't realize this, so had to travel around with our suitcases...

"Great hotel, loved using the hot tub and pool. The food in the restaurant was fabulous. Breakfast was what you would expect for buffet. Room was clean and good but a bit dated. The front reception desk area is currently under renovation, but was no big deal. I would stay there again."

"The room was very dated and the carpet was icky, it looked a grim brown/grey colour. The bathroom was like an old hospital bathroom but the drain was exposed and felt so yucky looking at it. The lifts randomly stopped working and you can only really fit 2 people plus 2 cases at once, and they’re really slow. Vegan options at breakfast are very limited, there’s no vegan yoghurt, you get PB milk and spread, not sure if the bread/cereal is vegan and no one seems to know"

"Schone kamer en dagelijks schone handdoeken. Personeel vriendelijk. Ontbijt goed maar alleen erg gericht op de Engelsen terwijl er ook veel Europeanen komen. Verder de trein heel dichtbij om Londen City te bereiken."

"Good location that’s walking distance to London City airport and Excel. Great spot if you’re going to Excel for a Conference or Exhibition. The bar downstairs does pretty good food and the discount if you’re staying at the hotel helps. It can be a bit loud on some evenings, but that typically stops around 11pm. The staff are very helpful!"
