"I loved my stay at ibis hotel! The location is so convenient and such a lively atmosphere to be in. As soon as you walk out there is so much going on and everything is such a short walk away! Grand Place and the airport is close by, as well as restaurants, shopping, and museums! I did not have to take any transit for the majority of my trip! "I got stuck in the elevator for 50 minutes. They were to slow to respond to Most things but were very quick when I was stuck in the elevator and were very nice. They gave me a 20% discount for the night. My toilet also did not flush. Room didn’t look like photo online and there was some confusion about the laundry detergent for the washer. Was very nice having laundry on site but dryers did not work well."

"We just had a very short stay before a flight. The staff were nice and quick and they checked us in an hour early without even talking about it. It was very clean, but a little worn on the carpet. There was a little fridge, which is great since not all European hotels do. There is air conditioning, but it was not super strong. We also had the option of opening the window which was very nice.
