"I ate everything off all the menus in my 2 weeks staying there from each of the restaurants in the hotel with the exception of the sky bar. Everything was stellar 5 star and the staff were top notch! "

"Pricing good and our overall stay was ok. On arrival we were met at the gate by a man( we weren’t sure where to enter, two different signs) who was unsmiling, abrupt and over the course of 2 days not overly helpful. Car park is terrible, dirty around outside of shower cubicle at the bottom. Kitchen amenities woeful, lift not cleaned daily, same rubbish in it for 2 days. Worst of all was having one card to open doors and turn on power in the room. If one of you goes out and takes the card the person left in the room has no power, ridiculous! I’m not hopeful for this review making any changes, the replies to reviews seem to be the same whether review good or bad"

"So clean and lovely! Perfect stay for Armageddon, walking distance to the showgrounds, Woolworths, great location. Best smelling hotel room I've ever walked into, seriously! Staff very kind, will def be back!"

"Rooms are spacious, bed does split in the middle when you’re laying on it or do any big movement, though is super comfy. Blinds are not black out, you still see light coming through the middle gap or sides. The common areas are really nice. Staff are welcoming and free parking available on the road right outside hotel if you’re not wanting to pay for parking. "

"Basic. Shower didn’t work well. Rubbish under the bed. Seemed clean overall? Fridge, kettle etc all good. Decor - not good. Lots of noise. Didn’t expect it to be luxurious but was more basic than I realised. Location was excellent (with a car)."
