"We originally booked at Super 8. When we arrived about 9:30 the office closed with a sign saying to check in at the Howard Johnson across the street. Which was not that big of a deal. Also was told for the continent breakfast we would have to come back over to this hotel. So we went over got out room key drove back across the street, parked, gathered our stuff then walked up the steps and down to the room. When we got to our room, swiped the room card which it opened it right up. To find a man sitting on the bed watching tv. I quickly apologized and shut the door. So we loaded our stuff back into our truck, drove back across the street and informed the woman at the desk of what happened. Her first responce was that can not be. I said well there's someone there. She did put us into a room with the same amenities there but never actually apologized for the issue or going back n forth. I would of been happy with at least an apology. "
