"To start with the staff was super friendly. We had an issue when we discovered the hairdryer was missing from our room. I texted the issue and the staff started to work on the issue. We were lucky the housekeeping manager was there to help solve the issue. The door in the bathroom could’ve used a clean mop over it. It looked clean, but probably needed a clean mop or mop water. The beds were fantastic! And earplugs were provided, but weren’t needed. The kettle and coffee and the hairdryer all great quality amenities! The breakfast was more than we expected. But no non-dairy milk. It was a good stay. And the free bus stops right out front."

"Room was clean. Only issue was cleaning service = At check in we were told since we were staying 3 nights cleaning service would only change the towels and dump the trash. When we returned to our room on day 2 the towels were changed - but they did not dump the trash. ..... The next morning I put both trash cans out in the room when we left. (And yes then they dumped the trash). I was disappointed that they do not fix the bed - one of the "perks" I enjoy while traveling is NOT having to fix my bed!"

"The stay was wonderful. There are a lot of amenities to take advantage of. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars was because they only offered breakfast buffet when we were there and it wasn’t much better than what you get at the hotels that offer free breakfast…and it was $25/pp."

"Simply put, awesome place for the weekend. Full kitchen and laundry. You’re basically in a 1 bedroom apartment. There are a couple grocery stores close by. The location is a block away from the shopping district. All in all, fantastic place to stay."

"First, i thought the property was difficult to find..it is not well marked and it is surrounded by other bldgs. The staff are beyond helpful & the checkin was flawless. The rooms are ample in size, and have good amenitites but the bathroom is dated. My only big complaint are the beds. Hard as rocks. I had a bad sleep. Breakfast was wonderful..they had everything. I would not likely return because of the beds.. if the beds were replaced i would absolutely return!"
