"On the reservation it says parking is $15 but at the hotel they charged me $18. Also, that’s a rip off to charge for small water bottle $3. For the price we payed for 1 night here this is way overpriced for what it offers. Will choose to stay somewhere else next time. "

"Convenient location for the night between our two-day visit to the Kennedy Space Center. We enjoyed the modern layout, clean rooms, cheery staff, and reasonable included breakfast. Easy parking. Our April stay in a standard room was on the expensive side."

"Very comfortable and large room. The location is great as its just a few steps to the beach. The hotel was very quiet. The breakfast was more than sufficient but is usually the same food choice each day. The only negative was that the rooms don't have mini refrigerators which is difficult for travelers. The only ice machine was located in another building which was inconvenient. Mini refrigerators are less than $100 and would be a great amenity."

"We got there early gave the lady at the t desk our info and said we will be back at check in which was 4. Got back at 3:55 she said room not ready I said ok will it be at 4 which is check in time she said don't know we are busy. I was not happy we did get in our room at 4:20 Room was nice ocean view but was disappointed that there was poop on the tilt and fridge had some red stuff in it that spilled and microwave was not cleaned "

"Room was nice. The only issue was no hot water for our 2 day stay. On check out. We were told if we called they could have done something about it. Don't understand why this couldn't have been taken care of before we checked in"

"Good place to stay for a booked cruise. Has shuttle service to the port. Comfortable beds and McDonalds nearby as well as pizza places and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Has outdoor pools and kiddie pool and a hot tub. Plenty of outdoor sitting areas."

"Booked a standard room for 2 adults & 2 teens. Next time will book a larger room. The pool area was more than expected as well as the outdoor bar, game area & on Saturday night they had a DJ which was fun! The staff was amazing. We will definitely book again. "

"I’ll never go back . This place is so confusing. They asked for a crazy amount for deposit . The pool is in close and doves go over popping in the water . We had a room with a window facing the store and it felt no privacy . I couldn’t tell if it was morning or night. "

"Everything was great! I toilet was blocked when we got assigned out room, but staff was on it pretty fast!"
