"Hotel location is in Times Square which is very close to food, shopping and Broadways shows. The problem is the waiting time for elevator during morning 8-10 am, it may take you up to 15 minutes to go to lobby or your room. And the toilet bowl clogged several times during my stay. "

"Third time staying at Paramount Times Squares, and if I am ever going back to NYC, I would stay there again. Absolutely perfect. Location is great, staff is nice and helpful, good breakfast, and good amenities. If you are looking for something luxurious, this is not it. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"Really great hotel, very friendly staff, nice amenities, very clean, rooms are very nice with everything you need but are a very hip, functional and minimalist environment. I was in town on business and was able to work on my laptop just fine. Fast WiFi, great bed for comfortable nights sleep. Nice common areas for hanging out and meeting up with others. A good bar and good food with a nice inside store for good, drink and items forgotten. An extremely modern and fun vibe! A+"
