"Absolutely ideal location in the theater district. The hotel lobby and the rooms are charming, a little bit funky (in a good way) and don’t have a “chain hotel” vibe. An excellent, non-buffet breakfast was included at a delightful restaurant that is immediately proximate to the lobby. The staff were warm, helpful, receptive, and personable. I would be delighted to stay here again."

"Clean room, could be better cleaning the floor (sweeping). The bed was hard but clean, the curtains didn’t work and were coming off the tracks so we couldn’t open up our curtains and shades. Everything else was ok."

"It’s a big full service hotel and I thought good value. Large corner room with 2 windows and views. Large bathroom decorated brilliant white. Leather sofa in room. Coffee and pastries available early downstairs Saturday morning as alternative to room service or restaurant. Staff all helpful."

"The room service, I found it tremendously bad, in addition to charging the coffee maker, they do not clean the space, they left us the coffee maker full of coffee for the next day, the cups with coffee from the previous day, they did not move the fresh milk in five days, it seems to me that for the quality and price of the hotel, this was very deficient"
