"L'hôtel est très mignon et très bien situé pour visiter Lille. La chambre un peu petite mais pour 2 personnes un week-end ça suffisait largement, propre et calme. La bagagerie est un vrai plus pour laisser ses valises le jour de l'arrivée et du départ. Le seul bémol est le petit déjeuner. L'espace est tout petit, peu de choix et il est réapprovisionner au compte goutte..."

"The hotel is in a really convenient location, close to great restaurants and the centre of Lille. Great, spacious bedroom with comfy bed and good quality towels and robes. Breakfast was good and the roof terrace was a perfect place to enjoy a drink on a beautiful evening. There were a few minor issues with the room but these were soon fixed when reported to reception. I would happily stay here again."

Her default response to anything is “no” “fully booked” or “not possible”. For example, she initially said there was no parking but then when a colleague gave us a space we discovered there were loads available. The internal design is strange too. We weren’t given any introduction so we had to search for the garage and...

"Pleasantly surprised with the staff at this hotel. They were all friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was the best. The rooms were clean, breakfast was extensive for a Holiday Inn. The location was convenient to all Lille has to offer. Would definitely consider this hotel again!"
