The only place that they need improvement is in breakfast, they really need to label the foods and those with religious or dietary issues or even vegans/ vegetarians will have a hard time eating here. Lots of cross contamination as meat and eggs are put together and spoons tongs are mixed. "I had booked into the Nu Hotel and had a very unsatisfactory night there. I changed for a further 3 nights to the Hilton and it was a world of difference. Professional staff, clean rooms, the aircon worked perfectly and it was in a prime and central location. As a single lady traveller, I felt perfectly safe there. The buffet breakfast was excellent and I would highly recommend this hotel to future travellers."

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

"The shower was impossible small. The in room coffee maker had to be replaced to work and was not properly working. One night there was a 3:00 AM argument in the hall, the desk clerk told the participants to knock it off, they went outside and continued their argument until 4:00 AM under my window. The desk clerk said they were sorry and would make it right, but so far nothing. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. I am tall and skinny so I could almost take a shower but it is crazy...

"We arrived late, and after having our room bookies for four months this hotel over sold our room and still tried to charge us for a room. At every step of the process they tried to scam us out of a hotel room. Eventually they booked us at a place down the road, but not without a fight. I do not recommend staying here, as you will be risking them overselling your room if you don’t arrive in time."
