"Friendly staff, excellent location. Not sure if we just got lucky but A/C in the room was very handy. You should probably confirm with the hotel on when they switch to cooling (staff mentioned something about cooling being just turned on the week we got there) - Paris was warm by our standards and having the A/C was very helpful after long days of walking in the heat."

"We arrived at the Gar de Lyon just before midnight after a train trip from Venice and were welcomed and granted a late checkout the next day. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the station. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom and USB charging ports for devices. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of options and a huge range of good bread and pastry. There was scrambled egg but you could also boil your own eggs. We really appreciated the comfort of the hotel after a day travelling and recommend it highly."

"The hotel is in an older building The lobby is nice when you walk in. But our room was located in the back building. We had to use two different elevators and walk through an outdoor courtyard with old, unpainted furniture with a broken sun umbrella. I was a bit worried what our room was going to look like. It was dated and the carpet was dirty but, the bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom towels were very thin. Room had a nice small kitchenette but we didn’t use it. "

"Room was so clean, honestly more than I expected. Front desk was helpful for every interaction. Great location in Marais with quick walk to spots and train stations, making it easy ride to CDG, as well."
