"We went to Boston for a weekend getaway. We were checked into a room smaller than what we’d reserved due to their error (they claimed it was a computer error). By the time we got the reservation untangled and were unpacked in our correct room it was 1am, and we were so exhausted from the check in fiasco that we slept in the next day and missed most of what we had planned, so we basically lost our weekend. And then, after confirming a late check-out at 2pm, the staff started knocking at the door...

"A favorite place to stay in Boston. Sweet location, close to the T, private, comfy, well-maintained and managed. Usually very quiet, though this particular stay was in a unit with thin walls/floors that allowed considerable noise that made it hard to sleep after housekeeping o'clock. Street and neighborhood are very quiet. "

"The bathroom in the room is substandard and can not control water temp. The air condition can not be control and it does not work.
Breakfast is horrible.
The overall look of the hotel is more like a motel. The price was extremely high for what i got. I thought because the price i would get a very nice accomodation but i was very wrong."
