The coffee pod machine was very welcome. It was,a real bonus to have a fridge in the room, complete with bottles of water, and fresh milk to put in our hot drinks. "Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. Bed was too soft for me. I ordered room service for breakfast once, and was disappointed as it came in a paper bowl and...

"Clean room good location, the only issue was the TV stopped working and the hotel saud the entire floor was habing issues with yhe TV and they were trying to rectify it but unable to do so. Not a big problem as the TV is not the main part of a hotel stay."
