Hotel murah di Thembisa

"This hotel was very poor and we regret booking it. Staff clearly did not care - we had no TV remote for 3 hours and had to ask multiple times for them to find a replacement. Staff sat on their phones claiming they were too busy to help. Our room was cleaned in a rush - there were clumps of fluff/dust on the tables and dirt on some of the bedding. They weren't able to, and the only solution they offered was a downgrade to a smaller room where the TV was placed on top of a wardrobe in the corner...

"The property is a 3 minute drive from the airport but it's not walkable, so you must take one of their shuttles which drives every 15 minutes. The hotel itself is nice but the heater in my room wasn't working."

"Dining room staff were not good at taking an order for an evening meal and following up that the meal had been delivered to the table. The vegetables and fries were cool indicating that perhaps the meal was waiting around. There were not many smiles either. Conversely the reception staff were excellent. they helped with changing the room to a twin and to help organise a tour for the following morning. They also had lovely smiles as did the breakfast staff. Excellent omelette."
