"We reserved these rooms through Expedia. The room we choose stated it came with a "yard". The main reason why we chose it. To have coffee outside in the morning. It was more expensive than the other rooms which was ok, we expected that. When we arrived we were placed on the 1st floor. ( 0 being ground level) There was no yard access and then to top it off my husband and I were given 2 twin beds. I was told we had to "request" a king although there was no way to opt for that request when...
