"Didn’t get to check in because they wouldn’t wake up to check us in. We called ahead to let them know we were going to be arriving at 2am. They said ring the bell. We didn’t for over 20min. We could hear them snoring. Yelled for them. Didn’t matter. Lost $100 on that hotel and had to go get a different one. Expedia should remove hotel from app."

"You had to stand on a chair to adjust the air conditioner. The toilet had a big chunk out of the lid. It had a big metal junction box screwed to the wall to plug in electrical items. There were other things wrong but I dont have that much space here."
