One room window so dirty you couldn’t see out of it. Hallway trash cans spilling onto the floor. With the help of Expedia reps we were able to cancel after one night without penalty. I can imagine the low room price would trump the conditions for some but it just didn’t work for us."

"After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater."
