"The worst hotel experience that I've ever had. The beds were hard, the covers were dirty/stained up. The hotel smelled of marijuana. The rooms adjacent and next to mine, fought all night long and I mean fought. Loud screaming and pounding on the walls and doors. They were asked to leave but refused. The worker didn't follow through. Breakfast offerings included four pieces of bread for toast and coffee. The waffle dispenser was empty. When we asked about it, we were told that's what they had. "At front door and into lobby, looked like high end property. It kind of is, no offense meant. Desk person was prepared and helpful. Loved our room. Nice decor and furniture. Bed was clean, fresh and comfortable. Room cooled well and was quiet.It was very dark and quiet and conducive to rest. Stayed elsewhere in Kville for more money. Will be back to BW. Will try exercise room and pool next trip and let u know."

"Staff smoked on a non smoking property but I did ask the ladies to move and they did the guy at the front desk was smoking right at front door and trash was left daily on the floors by the elevators it wasn’t one day that trash wasn’t outside of the trash can. Also they are trip hazards by the outside sitting area closer to the part where you can see the vineyard."
