"The room itself was clean and comfortable, we were on the first floor. For the most part it was quieter than I expected. Our check-in process was a bit different, as I wasn't asked for any kind of ID! Our only complaint about the room was the water pressure in the bathroom sink, which was barely a trickle, but we did let the checkout person know. The breakfast selections were not the best, but we made the best of it."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The entire hotel had a damp chlorine smell, and the room itself had an unpleasant odor. When I requested fresh bedding, the front desk only provided a sheet and stated that was all that was available. For $275 per night, I expected a much higher standard. Many items in the room appeared stained, dirty, and damp, which made the environment feel unclean. Additionally, the housekeeper entered the room without properly knocking. I had to say “excuse me,” at which point she closed the door. This felt like a lack of basic courtesy and privacy. I also attempted to purchase a drink, but the front desk was unattended for an extended period. When the staff member returned, she was not helpful and did not display a welcoming attitude. When I asked if there was another place to pay, I was simply told no. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay and will not be returning."

"Staff was friendly. Room smelled like stale smoke. The breakfast was not great. The waffle machine was empty, yogurt machine empty, orange juice was empty. A couple apples, no other fruit. I didn't have muffins but my English muffin was stale I through that out. The neighborhood is sketchy. There was a guy talking to himself and smoking crack in the parking lot. Another guy was taking all the cigarette butts out of the ashes trays and going through the garbages. There are locks on every door and the sheets and bathrooms were clean. It's sleepable but I feel like it should've been cheaper for the experience."

"Property was very clean, breakfast was good and everything was hot, most importantly the coffee was excellent. "

"Very comfortable bed which was surprising to me because I personally have long-term chronic spinal pain from an injury and multiple spinal surgeries. I slept well and awoke fully rested. My traveling companion said the same about the bed she slept on. Also, the room was quiet and there was no problem with getting hot water for our showers. Highly recommend this property. Hotel Denim was the absolute cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. I found no problems anywhere."
