"The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room."

"Location of the hotel was great, easy to get around. The only problem was, the hotel is next to a railway, and you could hear some train noise. The noise was there but not that bad, I could still sleep.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious.. living room is kind of small.
Cleaness could be better, we found stain on one of the bed’s linen. Other than that, it was clean."

"Happy hour at 5 pm was good, staff helpful and bed was very comfortable. Personally, didn’t like there was no area in the dresser to put clothes. We enjoyed time on the Rooftop terrace at night and the city is very quiet with lots of good Asian and Italian food nearby. There’s a creepy man on the video in the elevators that I didn’t care for, too. Bathroom was ok but only had a standup shower that didn’t have a full glass enclosure so it felt odd and overall the aesthetic was overly modern and...
